RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the terms of return for products purchased through the EXPRESS.MARKET platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and outlines the responsibilities of the parties involved. The Platform is operated by INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL RETAIL S.R.L., a company registered under the laws of Romania, with its office located at: Strada Povestei, nr. 10, Com.1, Mod 02/02, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania, CUI: 48149668, J40/3366/2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration").

1. General Provisions

1.1. The EXPRESS.MARKET Platform acts solely as an agent, providing technical and marketing infrastructure to facilitate interaction between buyers and sellers.

1.2. All obligations related to return, exchange, warranty, and compensation lie with the respective seller listed on the product page.

1.3. The Platform Administration is not a party to the sales contract and assumes no responsibility for the seller’s performance of obligations.

2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.

2.2. A return is possible if the product:

- is in proper condition;

- has not been used or damaged;

- is returned in its original packaging (if applicable);

- is not among the exceptions listed in Section 4.

2.3. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller directly using the contact details provided in the order or in the user’s personal account.

3. Return Procedure

3.1. The Buyer is required to:

- send a return notification to the Seller in writing (via the contact form or email);

- provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, delivery note);

- return the product to the Seller's address at their own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

3.2. Upon receiving the returned item, the Seller is obligated to:

- issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction;

- has the right to deduct compensation for diminished value (if applicable).

3.3. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may file a complaint to the Platform’s support service, which may assist in resolving the conflict, but is not obligated to provide any financial compensation.

4. Exceptions

4.1. Returns are not accepted for the following product categories:

- custom-made or personalized goods;

- sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened (e.g., hygiene products, cosmetics);

- food products and goods with a limited shelf life;

- software and digital content once downloaded or activated.

4.2. Exceptions are governed by applicable Romanian and EU legislation.

5. Liability

5.1. The Seller is fully responsible for the product’s compliance with its description, quality, and return policy.

5.2. The Buyer must review the return conditions prior to making a purchase.

5.3. The Platform Administration assumes no responsibility for the actions of sellers or buyers and is not a guarantor of refunds.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Policy may be updated. The new version becomes effective upon its publication on the Platform.

6.2. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union.
